That's Me

 

 

That's Me is a photographic project that aims, through portrait photography, to make young people aware of how they act in the society influences their relationships.

The photographer Donata Zanotti worked with the psychologist Micol Pivotto with two middle school classes asking the children, individually, three simple questions: "how do you see yourself, how do others see you, how would you like others to see you".

These questions corresponded to three different photographic shots, a self-portrait, a portrait and a documentary photograph which represents the image that the student would like to have in the society.

The three portrait photo were immediately posted on a new instagram account Thatsme_teen in order to continue the realtionship with the students on a young platform and each student were asked to give a feedback on the experience.

The project was published in local newspapers, and the school director was interviewed by some local radios and televisions. (‘Arrivi e partenze’ su Isoradio, 'La vita in diretta’, ‘Mattina in famiglia’).
